  1. Oh I love this list! If it is the place I think it is, my husband visits Omni bedford springs regularly and says it is beautiful! Also Nemecolin Resort (not sure of spelling). That one was actually featured on the Bachelor!

    What brought you to PA?

    1. I think my mom has been to Nemecolin, I will have to ask her.

I came with my family, we all moved here because my dad worked here, and my mom wanted us to learn English.

  4. I think Mr. Sass & I need an official PA bucket list. I've done the Pittsburgh inclines, Ohiopyle & Ricketts Glen, MT. Washington, Presque Isle, the Yough Gorge & a few others I can't be bothered to scroll up and find. Haha.

I definitely hadn't been into the center of the state much. I used to go to Philly every once and a while when I was in college. So I've been to Reading Market. But there is still so much exploring to do.

We tend to be drawn to areas where we can hike - so if there is a state park or a great trail, you KNOW we are all over it.

    1. Ja ja! I know! the first time I read the list, I couldn't finish it!

Come and visit the center, we have lots of .... mountains to offer... and amish food!

There is lots of hiking areas around here, Appalachian goes right through our region.

  5. What a great list! I'd love to do most of those things in PA too. I've only been to your state once when I was a kid. I don't remember much. I remember my family rented a cabin on a lake ... and we went to that street where you can put your car in neutral and the magnetic fields/tectonic plates/i have no idea what pulls you up!

    1. It sounds like you were either near Pinchot Park or close to Pittsburgh. Come and Visit, we have lots of trees! I know you in Florida have all the palm trees, but here we have different trees.

  6. I love seeing other people's PA bucket lists! I posted my bucket list maybe like a year ago, but your list is giving me some ideas... like Presque Isle! Someone also reminded me of Nemacolin! Looks pricey though.
