Good Morning everybody! How are you today? I hope everybody had an awesome weekend in training.   Training   Tuesday - Weights +  HARRC Full Moon Run 3.5 miles Wednesday - Harrisburg Mile Thursday - 3 easly early morning miles   Totals : 7.5 miles   Last week my theme was sweaty and hot, and surprisingly 3 days last week were a bit cooler... like the temperatures were in the 80s instead of in the 90s.   This week, sadly, the theme was pain . Training Week #5

My legs are in pain right now and I want to go home and keep sleeping.... but adulting is getting on the way... you know, with having to be at work. So, last week we decided to change up the training days cycle, to adjust for longer runs. Let me say that, I do the exercises he gives me, but I don't know what they are called. I only know they worked because everything is sore the next three days. 1 hour of Zumba with Susan 3 mile tempo run on the treadmill- I was ...

Demoted from work, had been sick for 1 week, then my son had been sick, I had fallen while carrying my son and he had a huge bruise on his forehead... so my inner monologue was at a ultimate time high. The thoughts constantly on my mind were along the lines of " You are the worst mom ever, you are so fat, you are so stupid, you are useless". I was not fat, or overweight, but I was at my highest weight ever. After having my son and breastfeeding him for 8 months, my metabolism never re-adjusted to the amount of food I was eating. So I was constantly hungry, but not burning anything off. The saddest...
